Did you here about the sleazy reporter (sorry that's redundant) for Channel 9 WCPO who claims he was spat upon and had to leave? Yet he offers no evidence of any such assault while his entire time there was video taped by someone at the event and shows that he was not assaulted in any shape fashion or form. You see when the leftist press cannot find a real story in which to impugn anyone who does not fall in step with their marxist philosophy, make something up.

Heh, Channel 9 is a leftist organization? Who knew?

Here's a link to their story and video, looks like they tried to portray the event accurately. If they say they were threatened, I believe them. I do not believe anyone followed Adam Marshall around and videotaped him the entire time he was on the square.

Uh-ohhhhhhh, waaaaait a minute! Here's some reporting from Channel 12:

Several members of the media, including Local 12's reporter, had to seek police protection when a small group of people began harassing them. Several reporters and photographers were chased, spat on, and verbally harassed. No one was arrested.

I changed my mind - the obvious conclusion is absolutely no threats were made and two different news organizations made the whole thing up in order to bring commie control to Cincinnati!

Two independent news organizations made up the same story about the treatment of their reporters?

Both took pains to say other than this small group, the event was orderly...

The latest is that we were all waving Confederate flags. I saw a number of Gadsden flags but no stars and bars.

"Now the truly interesting thing is that WCPO interviewed me on Friday 3/12. The interview went well, but I was cornered by the assistant news director, Jeff Brogan. He was upset that emails had flooding the station about the tea party and asked that we do what we can to stop them. I pointed out that I don't control anyone and that I had sent an email to our entire mailing list that I would be on WCPO. He pointed out that too much email contact was a good way to get on their bad side and we should stop if we wanted to get good coverage. I guess he and WCPO lived up to those words. "
